Hey girls...
So, starting Tuesday February 5th!! Our times are just a little different this semester. These will change after March 1st. but for now...
Tuesdays will be on the turf athletic field. 6:30-8:30pm.
Fridays will be on field six (where we normally practice) at 5:30-7:00 pm.
As you can see we are practicing outside, so make sure everybody is prepared for whatever weather. Its not likely practice will be cancelled very often; so get pumped about probably being cold a lot.
We will be starting trainings next week as well. We will be doing the morning and evening sessions like we did last semester. We have a couple different options though this semester so will have to talk about these on the 4th to get the teams opinions.
I can’t wait to see all you guys!! |

Within the past couple of weeks CSU women's rugby has been working really hard. Intensity during practice has really been ramping up and it paid off just a few weeks ago in our game against CU. The final score being 17 to 0 in our favor. This was a sweet victory, being our only win against CU in my fours years of rugby with CSU. This however, was probably one of our hardest games ever. Every player on the CU team proved to be a worthy opponent and playing such a good team only forced us to play better rugby. Afterward we prepared for Wyoming. Sadly, we did not get the have the game we had been anticipating due to snowy conditions. This game has been rescheduled for the spring. Our next upcoming game was added to the schedule about a week ago and is a non-league game against the girls at the School of Mines this upcoming Saturday. Our game with the Mines girls will be in Golden and should be a lot of fun. It will also be good experience for all of the players involved. |
